From the beginning of our process together almost 7 months before our wedding, Lucy was available every single step of the way. Couldn’t have done it without Lucy
Lucy was incredible. A true life saver!! She fully understood our vision for our wedding. We wanted something less traditional and in alignment with our beliefs. Lucy fully heard us and provided unique solutions. I would 100% recommend her wedding planning to anyone. Trust me, I tried to do it alone and it was so frustrating. She was extremely responsive, and gave honest and realistic suggestions and feedback. It was very easy to schedule zoom calls with her, and her website/tool for planning made the process much easier. Having Lucy was such a relief, because I didn’t have to think about any of the schedule or details on my wedding day.
Lucy was our wedding planner for our wedding weekend back in Jan 2023. We hired her right after we decided we would do a destination wedding in Mexico. She helped us narrow it down to Playa Del Carmen and then we went down there to do a few tours at different Resorts which Lucy was there asking the right questions that we had no idea to even ask. We finally landed on Xcaret Mexico. Lucy’s calming demeanor made us feel very comfortable and kept me relaxed throughout all of the wedding planning. The communication was great, answering my many detailed and long emails and jumping on zoom meetings any time of the week!
Not only did Lucy help us plan the wedding but we also hired her to help us plan the rehearsal dinner and large welcome party. She was able to suggest many amazing vendors such as Moni & Adri Weddings (photographer) and Evolution Mix (DJ), and communicated with them to make the whole evening seamless. Not to mention working with the resort with all the set up planning, and scheduling! Having Lucy was such a relief, because I didn’t have to think about any of the schedule or details on my wedding day and just enjoyed each moment! The wedding was incredible and all of guests kept saying how much fun they had on the trip. Lucy’s organization and communication really made the entire process enjoyable and took a TON of stress of my husband and my plate. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner.

My destination wedding venue was a newer site for the majority of all of our vendors which was very exciting – yet could have been stressful. Although new to the venue herself, Lucy did an above and beyond job navigating the site, uncovering and solving potential issues, diving head first into complicated transportation and more. When my family and I went down to do some planning, she came to meet us and explore the venue at length with no hesitation. The newness of my venue could have caused a lot of stress but she navigated it all behind the scenes so the day could run smoothly – and seriously, from the timing to the transportation to the communication with vendors and overall execution – it was flawless.
Additionally, Lucy provides an incredible service/site called Aisle Planner that made collecting RSVP’s, organizing seating, and communicating with guests easy and seamless. She put together a thorough packet with every detail A to Z our vendors needed, using the information we collected into Aisle Planner over the months. She sends you frequent updates and check in’s to keep you on track and ensure you are well prepared.
I received many comments from guests of our wedding (And even strangers of the resort) that they had never seen a wedding run so efficiently, smoothly and calmly. It was truly incredible what she was able to pull off for us.
Lastly, Lucy is well versed with many of the top vendors in the Cancun/Riviera Maya MX area. This made communication across all vendors so easy and made us feel extremely confident in our choices. All the vendors were 5 stars as well – trust her expertise and recommendations.
